Today was an awesome day! There is so much to tell. I woke up, not really wanting to go to church because I was enjoying my sleep so much, but I could feel the stiring to go, so I went with my kiddos.
I am so glad that I made the choice to go because God was so awesome! Last Sunday, God ministered to me, and then today, God used me to minister to a few of my friends. I am still blown away that God wants to use little me to do something for Him.
When I got home, my mom called me to have one of our weekly chats and share what God had done all week. (I love our conversations)
She shared the story of when Jesus went to Samaria and was tired and went to get a drink from the well. The woman who came to draw water, got ministered to. Jesus was refreshed after pouring out to her. (John 4)
If you ever find a place in your life where you are tired and worn out from your journey, be open to God using you to minister to someone in need. It could be an encouraging word, a hug, a smile, a prayer, etc. You will find yourself refreshed afterwards.
